Website Policy regarding the content of the site.

"Personal items, issues/reports" (even if discussed within the Church), will not be available on the Web site.
2.
"Personal items, issues/reports" will be at the start of a recorded event and will be edited out at the initial editing / quality check stage prior to being up-loaded.
3.
Each uploaded file will be checked to ensure that "Personal items, issues/reports" have been removed and that the up-loaded file is in good order.

Images and Videos on the site are used with permission and in accordance with
The Salvation Army’s Safe and Sound Policy. Photos depicting persons under the age of 18 are used with written consent from the parent or guardian and person involved. The same applies to other forms of multimedia.
5.
Files added to Web site in a "latest first" order in an appropriate folder location.
6.
Files reviewed at least monthly to allow archiving to take place.
7.
Website Administrator to keep site under review for lost links, hacking and removal of unauthorized or malicious material.
The Salvation Army reserves the right to remove any unauthorised, offensive or unacceptable material.
Any personal comments reported on the Website should not be taken as the formal opinion of The Salvation Army unless specifically indicated. |
